Returns

Gilt Babys is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described.In regards to refunds, a 20 % restocking fee will apply,& the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. To return or exchange an item within the 14 day return policy, please follow these simple steps: Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Obtain a gift return authorization by emailing Customer Service at giltbabys@gmail.com. We will then be happy to forward the return instructions to you. Non-exchangeable gifts are the following: Favors, Food Baskets, Gourmet Foods, Cakes, and Cookies of all kinds, Flowers and other perishable items. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Gilt Babys is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Gilt Babys will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Gilt Babys will ship your order anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service.Please note Domestic & International shipment prices vary.Your package will arrive to you via USPS signature service.The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.Gilt Babys is not responsible for unclaimed packages.

All issued coupons, sale notices, & applicable discounts must be utilized by  indicated expiration date.
